I had the most pleasure of visiting the BRICKYARD store in Martha's Vineyard this past June. This sweet little shop is full of beautiful furnishings, vibrant textiles, handmade goods, vintage finds, kitchenware, artisan foods, and other nifty items for your home and garden. You can also find one-of-a-kind jewelry, leather goods, and clothes. It is truly a store that will fill you with an inspiration for your home.

Working day...

Saturday is certainly the most busy day in my week. I usually work on multiple projects at the same time and reorganize many things in the house. And of course there is a family live.

I tend to gather my flea market finds all together and then look for a right place for them. They never stay in one spot for too long. The same old piece can feel quite as new if you find a new spot for it. It feels fresh.
So, let's get to work...

Small place by the door
This tiny nook by the front door just got updated and refreshed.
I have attached iron hooks to a piece of wood and now, I think, it simply looks better together and serve its purpose.
A flea market find - tiny stool that cost me only $4 is perfect for my kids to sit on when they put their shoes on. Sometimes, I sit on it too.
So, all together, inexpensive, simple and beautiful.
